Teresa Giudice is denying that there's anything wrong in the Giudice household. After a website published an article stating that Teresa is upset with Joe because he's ignoring her and their four daughters and spending too much time with his friends before potentially being sentenced to a long prison sentence in less than a month, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star issued a strong denial.
In a statement to All About The Real Housewives, posted on Thursday, June 12, Teresa said that the story about there being marital problems is "absolutely false." She said that she and Joe are focusing on their family right now and that the claim that Joe is ignoring her and her daughters is "ridiculous" and "just not true."
Two days prior, Radar Online claimed that Teresa is getting really frustrated with Joe because she believes that he should be spending every minute that he can with her and their daughters. Instead of doing that, Joe is continuing to go out with his friends and doing his own thing. The source for the article further claimed that Teresa further expects Joe to be sentenced to a long prison sentence and is terrified of what will happen to her and her family without him.
Both Joe and Teresa pleaded guilty to multiple counts of loan and bankruptcy fraud in federal court in early March. At their joint sentencing date on Tuesday, July 8, Joe faces up to 46 months in prison while Teresa faces up to 27 months in prison. She is reportedly hoping that she won't get any prison time but will rather be sentenced to home arrest. According to one source, she's hoping that the judge will, upon considering the facts that she's the family's breadwinner and the mother to three young girls, be light on her.
Until their sentencing date, the reality TV star is certainly keeping busy trying to make as much money as she can. She has been tirelessly promoting her hair care and sparkling wine lines, as well as her various cookbooks, on her Twitter account and attending promotional events. The sixth season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" premieres on Sunday, July 13.
