In this new clip from Bravo, The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice does the photoshoot for her book "Skinny Italian Eat It and Enjoy it - Live La Bella Vita and Look Great Too!" (Teresa Giudice and Heather Maclean, Hyperion).

In the preview, she shares that she never really cooked growing up, but when she got married she wanted to be able to cook for Joe and so she ended up calling her mother every night for help and recipe tips. She's come a long way!
