Joe and Teresa Giudice have been dealing with fraud charges for a while now. On March 4, People reported that Teresa has plead guilty to fraud charges. Teresa is not taking the news well and says she is "heartbroken for her daughters."

Teresa is admitting to her faults, but says it all happened several years ago. She is in trouble on charges of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three counts of bankruptcy fraud. Originally they plead not guilty, but now they are admitting to it in a plea deal. Joe also plead guilty today.

Teresa could end up in jail for up to two years and Joe will probably be in jail for a minimum of three years. This is going to be really hard on their four daughters who Teresa always puts first. She is saying that she will admit what she did wrong and court. She is really hoping for sympathy though.

More than likely this will all end up airing on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" when it returns.
