Joe and Teresa Giudice entered guilty pleas in their fraud cases Tuesday in court. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars had initially said they had done nothing wrong, but it seems they've chosen to face reality. TMZ shared the details on March 4.

Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud while Joe pleaded guilty to five counts. They initially faced 41 counts related to allegations of fraud that happened between 2001 and 2011. People reports that their sentencing will take place on July 8. While initial reports indicated that Joe would face jail time while Teresa would get probation, that does not necessarily seem to be the case.

Reports indicate that Teresa Giudice may get up to two years in prison, while Joe is expected to serve a minimum of three years. Teresa said via a statement from her lawyer that she will address the court directly during her sentencing to take responsibility for her part in the choices the “RHONJ” couple made.

Will Teresa Giudice really go to jail? Many “Real Housewives of New Jersey” fans have stood behind her throughout the scandal, and most would surely say they expected her to avoid jail time. There was a lot of speculation, as well, that Tre would essentially throw Joe under the bus to avoid jail, and that he'd go along with it. The decision to have both Teresa and Joe accept plea deals is a shift from what they initially indicated they would do, but many seem to have respect for their decision to accept responsibility now.

What do you think the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars will face in terms of sentencing? Will both Joe and Teresa Giudice end up in prison?
