“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice may have had several bestselling cookbooks and an alcoholic drink, but she isn’t exactly the chosen one for the upcoming season of “Dancing with the Stars.” And after Lisa Vanderpump was announced yesterday for the upcoming season, it appears that Teresa feels she should have been picked for the show. And she isn’t the only one. “The Real Housewives” stars were banned from the show supposedly, so Lisa is the first from the Bravo clan to dance on the show. And now, according to a new Radar Online report released on Feb. 27, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice along with two other housewives are furious that they weren’t picked for the show.
Teresa, along with Heather DuBrow and Gretchen Rossi, are all angry that producers decided to go with Lisa Vanderpump for the show. Even Kim Richards, who is a recovering alcoholic, wanted to compete on the show. “Everyone was kind of fine with not being considered all the time they knew Housewives had been banned from appearing, but now that Lisa has broken that glass ceiling there are a lot of hurt egos,” a source has revealed. “Kim Richards had been begging people to get her on the show forever,” the source says. “So were Gretchen Rossi, Heather DuBrow and Teresa Giudice!”
