Teresa Giudice is about to head to court and new reports are out that she doesn't think she will be going to jail. On Tuesday, Radar Online shared the news that she is really confident that she will be able to stay out of jail. Teresa has four daughters at home to take care of and she thinks that his will keep her out of jail. Now that doesn't mean that she believes that Joe won't end up behind bars.

A source says that Teresa is going to play like she had no idea what she was signing. She will just tell the court that she signed whatever Joe told her so sign and didn't even realize what was going on. Their lawyers are hoping to keep both of them out of jail but it will be surprising if they are able to do that with this case.

Her sentencing will actually happen on September 23. Bravo cameras will be there to watch it all go down and so viewers will get to see it all. The entire thing will play out if they are allowed to record it. Teresa doesn't want them to, but they don't seem to care and are planning to do it anyway.

Radar Online shared last week that Bravo is totally ignoring Teresa Giudice's begging to keep this off the show. They want to get the footage to air at the end of the season. It is supposed to air on the reunion show, but you never know. If they get a lot of great stuff, they might even try to make a special on it.

Don't miss new episodes of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" on Sunday nights on Bravo. Next week all of the drama of the trial will start to air on television. It will be interesting to see it all go down.
