Teresa Giudice is hoping to be sentenced to house arrest when it comes time to serve her time for her and Joe Giudice's fraud crimes.
Being on house arrest would not only allow Teresa to continue parenting her four daughters, but also allow her to continue to film for The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Unfortunately, prosecutors don't seem to keen on the idea. In fact, they are doing what they can to make sure that Teresa is banned from doing any filming while serving outer sentence.
Teresa “wants to continue to film The Real Housewives of New Jersey for as long as possible. There is no question that Teresa would absolutely film while under house arrest,” a source told Radar Online.
Meanwhile, those fighting against her are determined to make that impossible.
“Prosecutors will ask that if the judge sentences Teresa to house arrest that no cameras be allowed to film during that time,” the source explained.
If Teresa is unable to film, that will likely mean she will be left out of filming on a possible season seven. And if that is the case, her many business deals could be lost as well. Since Teresa's appearance on the show helps her to make money, not just with Bravo, losing the gig would mean a serious loss in income which will make it even harder for her and Joe to pay the fines stacking up against them.
