Teresa and Joe Giudice talked about another type of legal issue on the “Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Radar Online reports on Sept. 2 that Joe Giudice admitted to having problems with his driver’s license. This is a separate issue that is not related to the current legal mess.
Teresa and Joe Giudice are facing 39 charges that include fraud. However, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star shared something else while the show was being filmed in Arizona. Joe Giudice mentioned his fraud case involving a driver’s license. Joe was accused of using his brother’s identification to get a driver’s license.
The latest episode of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” was filmed before Teresa and Joe were charged with 39 counts of fraud. However, the driver’s license case carries a possible sentence of 10 years, and Joe Giudice admitted he was worried about going to jail. The emotional scene in a jacuzzi was an obvious reality show foreboding drama.
If they are found guilty, Joe and Teresa could face 50 years in prison. There have been rumors about the possibility of Joe and Melissa Gorga raising their four children. Although the two couples seem to have mended their relationship and moved past the prior arguments, Teresa Giudice allegedly does not want them to take care of the children. It is possible that either Joe’s parents or Teresa’s parents could serve as guardians of the four girls. The fate of Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana has not been decided.
