Teresa and Joe Giudice on date night. Friends pay bill, Giudici's stiff waitress

Teresa and her husband, Joe Giudice, from "Real Housewives of New Jersey" may be facing jail, but that doesn’t stop them from maintaining their date night. As always, money comes into picture to spoil what could otherwise be a wonderful date. Teresa and Joe went out to dinner in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. on April 25, 2014. They joined several friends at the Bananas Comedy Club.

A source tells Radar Online that Teresa asked the club owner if he could seat them in an area where no one would bother them. When the owner enquired if they wanted to sit in the back, his question sparked off the Giudici’s anger. They angrily asked the owner, “Do you know who I am? I’m a celebrity!” The owner answered that he did not know who they were.

The couple and their friends were allegedly seated, but their manner didn’t improve. Teresa hid behind the menu so her friends had to order for her. Joe became furious when his drink arrived without a straw. When the waitress delivered the missing straw, Joe apparently grabbed it out of her hand without a word of thanks.

When it came time for the check, everyone paid on the bill except for Joe and Teresa. The source reports, “The best part is that the check was $201.25 and they gave the waitress $201.00 and told her that they didn’t have a quarter. I will mention that 18% gratuity is included. Thank God, or the waitress would have been screwed!”

Teresa, Joe and their party left the Bananas Comedy Club and made their way to a bar next-door. Their behavior at the bar was no better full of rude conversation.

Teresa and Joe entered a guilty plea on four counts of fraud. When they receive sentencing, Teresa could face 21 to 27 months in prison. Joe's sentence could call for more jail time. He faces 37 to 46 months in jail and possible deportation back to his home country of Italy. Teresa is hoping to be under house arrest.
