We haven't really heard much about any security problems at the first Tennessee Titans preseason game last week so we're not sure that the new security rules are an issue here in Nashville at LP Field. We know the NFL rules are intended only for the safety of both all of the American Footbal teams and the fans, along with the personnel which are working the games each week. To combat the possibility of anything being brought into the games which might cause a security problem, the NFL issued a 'no purses' rule which had a lot of the lady football fans up in the air to start with.
We think these fans are probably growing accustomed to the new security rules and it should not be a further problem that we can see at this time. Once the rule was issued, and the fans complied with the new rules, they are not likely to forget it in attending future Titans football games.
The Titans second preseason game is out of town, in Cincinnati, today, August 17, and the next will be on Saturday the 24th against the Falcons, back here in Nashville at their home LP Field Stadium. View the attached video for more information about the new NFL security policies.
