We in Nashville have all seen the many 'Ice Bucket Challenges' for which donations for the disease of ALS is sought. But we didn't know until today that former Tennessee Titans player Tim Shaw has this disease. Today Tim Shaw spoke out about his condition with the disease of ALS and challenges his former teammates to the 'Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS'.
All of his former Tennessee Titans team players showed up on the football field and there was one huge splash of cold water and ice as each one and all of them accepted and went through with Tim Shaw's 'ice bucket' challenge for ALS.
You can see in the attached video as 'Tim Shaw Announces He Has ALS In Ice Bucket Challenge Video' and we regret having to write that this fine athlete has this disease, but Tim Shaw seems to be determined to help others, and he is carrying on with the 'ice bucket challenge' as a means of helping any and all who may end up with this debilitating illness.
