Tennessee inmate assaults fellow inmate over tattoo

Getting over a bad tattoo is natural. Many people may want to go as far as assaulting the artist, but few go so far. However, when giving a jailhouse tattoo to a fellow inmate, there can be some true repercussions.

Emonnie Branch, 19, is serving a sentence is serving time in Sumner County Jail in Tennessee for robbery, assault, rape, and kidnapping. He was indited on December 5 for assaulting a fellow inmate, Joseph McDorman, while receiving a facial tattoo. Branch stated that the was angry over a "messed up tattoo" the McDorman had given him recently. He entered McDorman's cell hitting him and breaking his nose, and choking him until he passed out.

When he appeared in court on December 21 for one count of aggravated assault. He is set to return for his settlement February 14th.
