Tender turkey breast recipe

This is one of the best ways to cook a turkey breast!

The seasonings give it a great flavor and crust and the broth keeps it extremely juicy! Serve this with sweet potatoes and stuffing and you will have a mini Thanksgiving dinner!

Tender Turkey Breast

  • 1 turkey breast (frozen)
  • 1 can of chicken broth (16 ounce)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seasoned salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Italian seasoning

Take about 2 teaspoons of each seasoning and add them into a bowl. Mix together and set aside.
Place your turkey breast in a 9 x 12-baking dish and lightly coat it with olive oil.
Take your seasoning mix and rub it over the turkey breast (cover the entire breast with seasonings).
Then, pour your can of chicken broth in the bottom of the baking dish (broth will surround your turkey breast).

  • Bake your turkey at 350° according to the package directions. If turkey breast is thawed, cook for about 30 minutes or until cooked in the center.
  • Let it sit for at least 10 minutes in the broth after it is cooked to allow the turkey to absorb the broth.
  • Slice and leave turkey slices lying in the broth as you serve your dish.
