This past Wednesday, Tender at the Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, held its grand opening party. Aviva Drescher, Justin Ross Lee, Brandon Freid, and a trendsetting crowd of foodies came to celebrate the opening event. Tender has been designed by Josh Held and is owned by Hank Freid and Brandon Freid. It’s a spacious venue with intimate lighting and comfortable couches. It includes both a lounge and a restaurant and bar area, where the name Tender is lit up in purple. Guests enjoyed champagne and passed hors d’oeuvres such as the Avocado Fries and the Polenta Lasagna.

Many guests also enjoyed dinner service during the event. Some favorite items from the menu included the Organic Roasted Chicken, the Truffle Tagliatelle, the Macaroni & Cheese, and the Truffle Fries. All of the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The restaurant staff was very lively, gracious, and attentive. What a great opening event!
