Each new year offers possibilities for renewal. 5. Add visual excitement to an outfit by mixing multiple textures together, such as leather, silk, velvet and tweed;

7. Go for quality, not quantity. Wait for sales, shop at consignment stores, and avoid impulse buying;
8. Maintain clothes and accessories in good condition. Examine clothes for lint, stains, snags, and piling. Press clothes and shine shoes;
9. Invest in good looking outerwear for casual and work situations;
10. Build in five extra minutes each morning to dress. Take one last look in a full length mirror before leaving the house. Then walk out the door feeling confident and looking fabulous!
