The MGM classic The Wizard of Oz is truly timeless in its appeal. From generation to generation it’s among the most loved films of all time. Now the Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new production of THE WIZARD OF OZ is on stage at ASU Gammage and some skeptics may wonder if anything could be better than the film. However, Andrew Lloyd Webber never disappoints and this production has remained fairly true to the film. It contains all the beloved songs from the Oscar®-winning movie score, all the favorite characters and iconic moments, plus a few surprises along the way, including new songs by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
