'Teen Wolf' spoilers: Holland Roden on Lydia's family and new love interest

"Teen Wolf" season 4 is diving into Lydia's powers more than the show has ever before, as Holland Roden revealed in the San Diego Comic-Con press room. On Monday, Aug. 4, we uploaded that video interview from the roundtable with the actress.

Check out the video above or here to see what else Roden had to say about season 4. Plus, keep reading for the highlights about what's to come for Lydia, her family, a potential romance and more.

Roden admitted that there's not much she can say about what's to come for Lydia, but she did tease that there will be more about her family. "What I'm allowed to say is it is part of her family and you will find out more why it's part of her family, and I think it's just fun to learn a backstory about any character. …I just love how somebody was built. They're like Legos to me," she explained. "That's the best way to get to know somebody."

The actress also teased a possible new love interest for Lydia this season, and the number one theory seems to be that it will be Deputy Parrish. She met Ryan Kelley and Tyler Hoechlin around the same time, and while she loves that they're all working together, she couldn't say much about Lydia's romantic life. "There is a love interest, but I'm not allowed to say who. Potentially," she shared. "Might be Parrish, but also might not be Parrish. She experiences a lot of romantic freedoms throughout most of the season."

What she could reveal is that Lydia's "main goal" for season 4 is "helping where she couldn't help in season 3B." "She's good at solving problems," Roden said. But what about her grades while she's busy trying to solve all these problems? "Lydia will never get a B," she insisted. "Of course in movie-land, of course her grades don't drop. I don't think Lydia sleeps. I think that should be her real super power. She's doing her homework all night."
