'Teen Wolf' extended promo: What's coming up in season 4

"Teen Wolf" season 4 is going to be absolutely insane. Just watch the preview MTV released on Monday, June 23, during "Wolf Watch." There are dead bodies, crazy monsters, a supernatural hit list and so much more.

We already know that there is a group of assassins out there, with a supernatural hit list, the Dead Pool. We know that Kate is back. We know that there are new characters, lacrosse is back and Beacon Hills is going to be terrorized. We also know that the big question going into the season is "Who is the Benefactor?" and now the newest promo for the rest of the season just raises more questions and shows why if you can move out of Beacon Hills, why haven't you done so already?

Some of this new extended promo for "Teen Wolf" season 4 isn't new if you’ve seen the previous previews, but it does offer a further look at just how bad things are going to get. Just look at the blood all over the rundown bathroom and the dead body very early on in the video. Or, if you still have your doubts, there's always Stiles to put it all out there: "Guys, these are professional killers. One of them's got a thermo-cut wire that cuts heads off." (And there's a person being decapitated to illustrate his point.)

With this supernatural hit list this season, we expect to see more supernatural creatures, and we will. There's something with lots of teeth. There are Berserkers. Something is holding Scott down. Speaking of the Dead Pool, they're all on it, and we see several of the characters in some potentially serious danger. They might need to think like Stiles to get through this, and no matter what Kira is talking about exactly when she says, "Why do I feel like this is going to end badly?" the "because it usually does" response can really apply to every situation they're put in.

Finally, why not end the promo with a series of disturbing images? There's the bloody cat. There's Peter proclaiming that he still wants power (which could probably go without saying). Then there's Derek standing over a whole lot of dead bodies in the woods. Is there going to be anyone left alive in Beacon Hills by the end of the season other than Scott and his pack?

"Teen Wolf" season 4 airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV. What do you think of this preview? What are you most excited to see this season?
