'Teen Wolf' 3x22 extended promo: What's real and what's a trick?

There are only three episodes left of "Teen Wolf" season 3, and as the extended promo of episode 22, "De-Void," MTV released Friday, March 7, teases, "Heroes will die."

In this next "Teen Wolf," Scott and Lydia work together to try to gain the upper hand, while Stilinski faces a review board. We've already seen a short promo and sneak peek teasing what comes next in Derek's loft following the end of "The Fox and the Wolf" (strife), Derek pouring gasoline on Argent, Isaac being creepy in Allison's room and Melissa's "This isn't you" to Stiles, to which he replies, "It is now."

Now, we have this new extended "De-Void" promo, and the way it begins doesn't bode well for Stiles if they find a way to get the nogitsune out of him without it resulting in his death. "What have you done?" Kira's mother asks after the nogitsune stabs Stiles.

It looks like that Scott and Allison kiss in the short promo is likely not real, as in this new preview, Scott says, "This is a trick," and Allison screams "no!" But is Allison's "Shh, it's okay, don't worry," to Scott in the midseason trailer part of that scene as well?

Then there's the question of what's going on with Isaac, especially in this preview. Is that Isaac or part of the nogitsune's tricks? If it is Isaac, he looks pretty good for someone who was severely burned and whose status was unknown last we heard, but what's he doing? If it isn't, what is going on with Isaac? Is he healing at all?

Also, check out more of what's going to happen at Derek's loft, including pain for Derek at the nogitsune's hand, trouble for one of the twins and more.

Finally, at the very end of the preview there's a quick glimpse of Stiles and the nogitsune sitting down for a game of Go in the room Stiles, Scott and Allison were in when they performed that ritual to save their parents. Are Scott and Lydia the ones in the background? Is everything that they go through in this episode a trick to keep them from finding Stiles there?

"Teen Wolf" season 3 airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV. What do you think of this episode 22 "De-Void" promo? Head to the comments with who you think will die this season.
