Teen Shot, robbed of $500 in Greater Grand Crossing Neighborhood

A teenager was shot and injured critically during a robbery in the Greater Grand Crossing area. Chicago Police said the 17 year old boy was in an alley in the 6700 Block of South Prairie at approximately 9:20pm. Tuesday night when the attacker shot him in both legs, took $500 from his pockets and ran away.

The teen was taken in critical condition to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, police said. Noone is custody at for this crime at this time.
