“Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans made a quick decision to get married to Courtland Rogers after just dating for two months. Everyone warned her about it and it sounds like she didn’t listen to the reasonable people who follow her on Twitter. But it sounds like they are still not divorced, even though they could legally get divorced around Christmas time. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on March 12, “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans is in no rush to get divorced from Courtland Rogers.
Jenelle has even been tweeting a little with Courtland Rogers after he got out of jail, which had some people wondering if she really is in a rush to get divorced. Could it be that they can’t afford the legal help to finalize the divorce? Well, apparently, Jenelle has been using Dustin to help her out with her divorce.
"It is required that the parties be separated for at least one year before one can have a divorce decree entered by the court. We do not have common law divorces as other states do," Dustin has revealed. Apparently, they have to be legally separated for a year. So, in about 45 days, she will be free from Courtland. In the meantime, she is planning her wedding to Nathan Griffith.
What do you think of her still being legally married?
