Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans isn’t really talking to her estranged husband these days, as she is planning a life with her new boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, and she is expecting her second child. And it sounds like he isn’t exactly going on the right path. He was recently released from jail, but it sounds like he is already back to stealing. According to a new Radar Online report published on Feb. 25, “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband is now in trouble once again as he stole jewelry and pawned them under his own ID.

He had been staying at a friend’s house and he stole from her. Katie McMillan filed a police report with the Wrightsville Beach Police Department in North Carolina and after some investigation, her rings were found at the pawn shop.

“I was trying to help him get into a treatment program and had even talked with a doctor. He was telling me he wanted to get sober and get away from drugs. I figured out he didn’t want any help after a few days. In the last text he sent me, he said he was going to pick up his money. That’s when he left my house and never came back. I now know he meant going to pawn my stuff,” McMillan has revealed, after adding that there is indeed a warrant for his arrest.

Courtland has issued a statement about the arrest. One can imagine that he denies stealing and won't be turning himself in. What do you think about the theft? Do you think Courtland will ever change?
