Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans has been working on finalizing her divorce from Courtland Rogers over the past couple of weeks. She is pregnant with Nathan Griffith’s child and she wants to get marred to Nathan when everything has been finalized with Courtland. But it sounds like her estranged husband isn’t about to give up. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on March 14, “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans and her ex-husband are currently trying to finalize the divorce and since Jenelle is clearly making more money, she could be facing spousal support.

However, Courtland does have a crazy past with jail time, so one has to wonder if the judge would grant him spousal support given he hasn’t been too responsible with his money. If there is a chance that the money goes to drugs, then one can imagine that he won’t get it. However, it sounds like he is talking to his lawyer and is hoping that he gets something out of the divorce. And he may be getting some, since she was quick to move on from the marriage when he was locked up in jail last spring.

"Just talked to my divorce attorney .........HAPPYF—INGFACE lmfaoooooooooooooooooooooooo," Courtland revealed. And it sounds like Jenelle is reading his tweets, because she was quick to respond with, "yr not getting a dime out of me if that's what yr thinking, already talked to my lawyer idiot, lmfao."

What do you think of their divorce? Should she be paying Courtland something?
