And while he didn't share exactly what he has taught her, he did reveal that he often gives his daughter his spare change to save.
“Just counted Leah's piggy bank or shall I say "Box" she had 230 bucks. I save my change all the time for her,” “Teen Mom” star Gary Shirley tweeted yesterday as a proud father. Of course, little Leah isn't earning her money herself, but it is a valuable lesson that she is keeping all of her money safe. It is all about working for what you want and then buying it with the money earned.

He has been taking various classes, and one can only admire his dedication to making a better life for his daughter. He has also been visiting Amber in jail, and one has to wonder what will happen with this couple once she is released.
