“Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham may have had a plan when she decided to film her sex tape. She thought she was famous enough to get a good price on her sex tape, and she told Dr. Phil that she wouldn’t consider anything under $2 million. However, she sold the tape days later, adding that she had become a part of the “Mill Club” hinting that she was a millionaire. But now, a source says otherwise. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Oct. 2, “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham may not have sold her sex tape for as much money as she wants people to believe.
It was reported that Farrah got $1 million for “Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom” when she sold it to Vivid Entertainment. But sex broker Kevin Blatt is now revealing that she got a measly $10,000 for it. “Tami Erin was offered $10K up front which is standard for Vivid,” Blatt told FOX411. “It is what they offer every celebrity, not a million dollars. Paris [Hilton] and Kim [Kardashian] made millions, but that’s because it was a different time. People were buying DVDs then."
Of course, he doesn’t mention Farrah by name. But another source does reveal that Farrah only made small change upfront, she got 30 percent of sales, minus the cost of production. Nothing has been revealed yet, but Vivid says that the deal was structured based on what they could bring back in terms of profit. What do you think?
