'Teen Mom' reboot: Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood want Farrah Abraham fired

After announcing MTV would be canceling “Teen Mom 2” last week, there are talks of reviving “Teen Mom.” The network aired updated stories of the moms and the response was very positive. While this is just in the beginning stages of talks, there are some very real concerns from some of the moms. According to a March 19 report from US Weekly, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood want Farrah Abraham fired from the show. The claims are being made because they don't want their children around someone who does porn or sells sex-toys. Fans are a little confused about the claims, especially coming from Portwood.

Fans of “Teen Mom” know that Catelynn Lowell and her boyfriend Tyler gave up their daughter for adoption. It is a story many can identify with, leading to Lowell being one of the more popular stars of the show. Amber Portwood has had some rough times since beginning the show. She was arrested and sent to a rehab facility, leaving her daughter with her ex-boyfriend. These are the same young ladies who are making demands from MTV about not filming unless Farrah Abraham gets the boot. Hypocritical? Maybe, but they are still mothers looking out for their children.

There is no further information regarding a possible reboot of “Teen Mom,” just the reports of the stars being unhappy. If MTV does decide to side with Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell, Farrah Abraham wouldn't be terribly upset. She has been keeping herself busy since the show and probably will continue to do so.
