There is some news coming from the "Teen Mom" world that is a little bit of a blast from the past: if you are to believe some of the new rumors coming out of the tabloids, then it looks as though one of the most-popular stars of the first edition of the franchise in Maci Bookout may be back together now with the father of her son Bentley in Ryan Edwards.
While Bookout did not accept Edwards' random Twitter proposal a number of weeks ago, a source does tell Us Weekly that these two are dating again, and they are actually trying to make a relationship work:
"He told Maci he still had feelings for her ... They're taking it slow."
Maci has since been with a pair of other guys in Kyle King and Kyle Regal since she and Edwards called it quits, but they have always remained in some contact thanks largely in part to the parents' mutual desire to get along for the sake of their son. Too often there are messy relationships that can bleed into the life of the children, and this has clearly been something they are hoping to avoid now that Bentley is really starting to grow up.
