"Teen Mom" star Leah Messer has been doing her best to care for her three children, especially for her daughter, Ali, who has been diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. Leah and her ex Corey Simms have two different perspectives on Ali, who is now using a wheelchair to help her get around from time to time. On April 15, Radar Online reported that Corey isn't ready to accept the fact that one of his girls needs a wheelchair.
Messer has been great when it comes to dealing with the ups and downs of Ali's health. While it's very emotional and stressful, Leah has kept her chin up and has always done what is best. Her strength and acceptance will really rub off on her daughters if it hasn't already.
"Teen Mom" Leah Messer hasn't had it easy, especially after her divorce from Corey Simms. Co-parenting can be difficult and when a child's health is a concern, that can make things even harder. Sources say that Corey isn't ready to accept that Ali needs a wheelchair. Leah seems to believe that it makes Ali's life easier but Corey isn't biting just yet.
It's really hard to realize that your child needs extra help just to do day-to-day things and some people can totally relate to Corey. No one wants to see their child having a hard time or unable to keep up with the other kids. While a wheelchair might seem like "giving up," Corey will hopefully realize that it's just a step in the process to making his daughter enjoy an easier life.
"Teen Mom" Leah Messer tweeted the photo above over the weekend, proving that Ali can have a good time even if she is in a wheelchair. She is doing the best she can and by including all of her girls in a fun trip to the aquarium, she's showing that Ali is just like her sisters. She just has to do things a little different. Hopefully Corey will come around.
