“Teen Mom” Jenelle Evans was dumped by former fiancé, Gary Head, while in rehab, Perez Hilton reported on Mar. 4.
According to the report, Jenelle, who is in rehab for issues that have not yet been confirmed, but are rumored to be heroin use, was dumped by Gary via Twitter during her stay in rehab.
“I can’t lie to myself. I’m in love with [ex-girlfriend] Jade, and it was a mistake to bring Jenelle here,” Gary Head tweeted. Jenelle Evans immediately called him out on his public tweet.
“Dude u r such a piece of s--- telling me how faithful you were gonna stay while I’m gone,” the “Teen Mom” fired back.
It’s been quite a year for Jenelle Evans, who got married to Courtland Rogers in Dec, was pregnant by Jan., and had a miscarriage and ended her relationship with Rogers in Feb. After calling it quits with Courtland, Jenelle headed right into the arms of ex-fiance, Gary Head, where she stayed until leaving for rehab in late Feb.
