After debuting photos of Lowell's baby bump earlier this month after announcing the pregnancy, the former 'Teen Mom" couple has revealed the first photo of their soon-to-be child via Instagram.
"Can't wait to meet you and hold you and kiss you and smother you with love you little munchkin lol! #DaddyAlreadyLovesYou #MoreThanYouKnow," Baltierra wrote in the caption of an ultrasound of his and Lowell's unborn baby, according to an Aug. 15 report by Cambio.
Earlier this year, Lowell and Baltierra announced they were ready for a second child.
"I was too young when I got pregnant with Carly — I was sad and scared,” Lowell explained to In Touch Weekly on April 23 of the 2009 birth of her and Baltierra's first child.
At the time, Lowell and Baltierra were just kids themselves and didn't have the finances or stability needed to raise a child. But these days, a lot has changed. For starters, Lowell and Baltierra have matured and educated themselves.
After going to school, Lowell and Baltierra went on to land jobs helping developmentally disabled adults near their home in Michigan. In turn, they were able to buy a house and start a life together.
"We’ve learned from what our parents did wrong," Lowell explained. "Tyler and I own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid."
Lowell and Baltierra are currently filming the upcoming fifth season of "Teen Mom," which debuts next year on MTV.
On Aug. 13, Us Weekly confirmed the couple, along with Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood, would be returning to the network over two years after the fourth season wrapped. The magazine also confirmed Farrah Abraham, formerly of "Teen Mom," would not be joining the rest of the cast for season five.
