Mackenzie made the announcement via her Facebook page, saying that it was “time to tell the truth,” and that she was “12 weeks pregnant.”
Of course, fans immediately began to buzz about her big baby news. However, some nasty comments got Douthit heated, and she tweeted "Been married for months but I'm not allowed to get preg[nant] with my husband without Miami girls subtweeting . . . do I look like I care?" She added, "I’m married y’all and happier than all of you.”
Mackenzie Douthit now joins fellow “Teen Mom” stars Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry, who have both had second pregnancies, not to mention the many “16 and Pregnant” stars who have gotten pregnant again.
Fans will get to see Mackenzie Douthit’s baby drama when she appears on “Teen Mom 3” with cast mates Katie Yeager, Alex Sekella, and Briana DeJesus, which premiers on Aug. 26.
