Leah Calvert and her husband Jeremy can't wait to return home from New York City. After filming the season 5B reunion show with her "Teen Mom 2" co-stars, Calvert is focused on getting back to West Virginia to set up her family's new home.

Since last week, Calvert and her co-stars, including Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska and Kail Lowry, were in New York City with Dr. Drew. As they do at the end of every since, the girls reunited to look back on their past issues and reflect on how far they've come.

Now, Calvert is ready to get back to her reality.

"I'm so ready to go home and get our new home ready to live in!" Calvert tweeted, according to an Aug. 26 report by Wetpaint Entertainment.

Calvert and her husband bought their previous house shortly before they were married in April 2014. Although it hasn't been very long that they've had the home, they needed to move because of Calvert's daughter Ali's muscular dystrophy disorder. Last year, Calvert opened up about putting their first home up for sale.

"The house that we bought for our first home really wasn't going to be handicap accessible for Ali," Calvert explained during the "Teen Mom 2" season four after show.
