Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is still having to deal with her ex, Jo Rivera over issues with visitation and custody. According to Lowry, Rivera recently violated their original custody agreement.

After a very rocky relationship with Jo Rivera, Kailyn Lowry seems to have finally moved on. Lowry married Javi Marroquin last year and just six weeks ago, she gave birth to their first child son, Lincoln.

According to recent reports, the arguing between Jo and Kailyn has increased in recent weeks. Lowry contends that Jo violated their custody agreement for their son, Isaac, 4.

Speaking to WetPaint, Kailyn Lowry stated that the righting was a result of Rivera moving in with his girlfriend, Vetzabe Torres. Lowry stated, “There’s a little bit of drama with that.”

Fans of Teen Mom 2 quickly took to Twitter to defend Rivera and accuse Kailyn Lowry of just being jealous of the new girlfriend. Lowry responded to the tweets saying, “Actually that’s something huge. And [its] a requirement in our custody agreement.”

According to the current custody agreement, Jo Rivera has custody of Isaac from Thursday to Sunday every other week. Lowry revealed that Jo is “still fighting me on that” and that he wants her to take their son out of preschool so that he can spend more time with Isaac.

Lowry told WetPaint, “Jo doesn’t think that Isaac should be in school right now. He thinks that he should be spending that time with Isaac.”

“He thinks it’s not completely necessary for him to go to preschool. That’s Jo’s argument and to each their own, but in my house, I want them to be in school.”
