'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans' husband Courtland Rogers arrested

Courtland Rogers is behind bars once again.

"Rogers was booked at 5:39 PM on Sunday," Starcasm reported on March 30.

Last month, Rogers, who has admittedly struggled with an addiction to heroin, allegedly stole a few pieces of jewelry from Katie McMillan, whom he had been living with, and then pawned it using his own ID. Once police were notified of the stolen jewelry, they were able to quickly confirm that Rogers was the culprit, although he denies it.

Rogers' charges include a misdemeanor count for failure to appear and felony larceny, which is assumed to stem from the stolen jewelry.

Although Rogers has been married to Evans for over a year now, he has never been seen on the show, and will likely never make an appearance -- which he hasn't been happy about.

Since filming was in hiatus when their relationship began and didn't begin until one month after they separated, Rogers has been a bit of a mystery to fans. While Evans has spoken about him on the show, fans have never met him and haven't gotten a chance to hear his side of things.

A few episodes into the fifth season, Rogers tweeted that he wasn't happy with MTV for not letting him tell his side of the story.

"Teen Mom 2" airs Tuesdays on MTV at 10 p.m.
