Tonight’s episode of Teen Mom 2 started out with Leah and Jeremy dropping the girls off with Corey so that they could get away for the weekend. Jeremy told Leah to hop into bed while he was going to hop into the hot tub. He also snuck off to pull a ring box out of his bag and hide it in a vase.
Kailyn went out to eat with Javi, and the two of them got to know each other better. Javi assured Kailyn that he is good with kids and wouldn’t have a problem dating her. He was eager to hang out more, but Kailyn was cautious. Back at Kailyn’s place, her friend GiGi stopped over to talk about the situation with Javi. Kailyn was worried about jumping into another relationship. She wondered if she should introduce Javi to Isaac while the two were still friends.
Chelsea talked to her mom about her plans to move and take her last two GED tests. She called Adam to see if his parents wanted to watch Aubree over the weekend while she moved into her new house. Chelsea also told her mom that she had been talking to Adam more again, but just about Aubree.
Jenelle’s friends Hannah and Tori accompanied her and Jace to a children’s museum, where the girls re-enacted the scene of Amber’s dramatic move and her fight with Jenelle using two puppets. (One of which was everyone’s favorite, Lamb Chop). Jenelle received a voicemail from Jace’s dad, Andrew.
Jeremy cooked breakfast for Leah and carried it up to her in bed, along with flowers and a card. She pulled the card out of the envelope, which read, “Will you marry me?” Jeremy presented Leah with the ring, and she said yes. Corey threw a birthday party for the girls at his place as Leah called her mom to tell her about her engagement. Her mom told her if she was happy, then she was happy for her. Leah was excited to have a family again. (Naturally, that is the most important reason to get married…) Then, Leah told her mom she wanted to tell Corey. (This girl is full of brilliant ideas).
Jenelle talked to her friend Allison about the message she received from Andrew. She even admitted to Allison she was unsure that Andrew was Jace’s father and confessed to fooling around with Tori’s boyfriend on a drunken night after having a physical argument with Andrew. Jenelle said she had been honest with her mom, Tori, and Andrew, but that Andrew wanted to sign the birth certificate at the hospital.
Chelsea was bummed out on Adam’s birthday and had friends over. She gave Aubree her phone and had her call him to say happy birthday. Her friends tried to cheer her up, but she ended up crying and went to lay down with Aubree instead.
Kailyn and Jo took Isaac to get his first haircut. Even though she was nervous and ready to cry the entire time, Kailyn seemed to have more trouble dealing with the haircut than Isaac, who sat quietly in the chair.
Jenelle met with her mom and Jace and told her mom about Andrew’s phone call. Barbara wondered what the point of talking to Andrew was, since he was so behind on child support and didn’t know Jace. Jenelle also admitted she thought it was time to find out who Jace’s true father was. Her mother agreed and wondered why it took her so long.
The weekend came, and it was finally time for Chelsea to move into her new place. The next day, Chelsea studied for her math and science GED tests, and her friend Erika stopped over. They talked about the GED and Chelsea doing better and being stronger. (Apparently, they missed the crying while lying in bed with Aubree fiasco that occurred on Adam’s birthday).
Leah’s sister watched the girls so Leah could get out of the house to get her nails done with her friend Kayla. Leah also revealed that she took out her IUD birth control. Kayla wondered why she did that, and Leah told her that Jeremy wanted a kid. (Are the two she already has not good enough?) Leah went on to say she had been feeling nauseous lately and should take a pregnancy test. Back at her house, while the girls ate, Leah took a pregnancy test, found out she was pregnant, and told the girls right away. (Neither of them were very jazzed about the idea).
Kailyn introduced Isaac to Javi at an arcade. The three played games and ate, and Kailyn explained to Javi that she couldn’t introduce Isaac to another boyfriend.
Jenelle finally called Andrew back, so the two caught up. Andrew couldn’t even remember Jace’s age, Jenelle asked why Andrew couldn’t have come to visit Jace, and the two both told each other they are different people now. Jenelle finally asked if Andrew would take a paternity test. Andrew agreed to do it so that Jace could find out who his biological father was, and Jenelle said she would find somewhere they could go.
While her mom watched Aubree, Chelsea finished taking her last two GED tests and called her dad to tell him the good news. He was skeptical that she passed, but he also told her he was proud. She went to her mom’s house and told her she was worried about the math test, but felt better to have taken it and moved.
Tune into Teen Mom 2 next week Monday night at 9 p.m. on MTV in Milwaukee to see what happens when Chelsea gets her final GED test results, Andrew takes a DNA test to determine if he is Jace’s father, Leah tells Corey about her pregnancy, and Kailyn and Jo’s peaceful union comes to an end in the form of an argument about meeting Jo’s girlfriend, Vee.
