On March 19 Wetpaint recaps what was surely an emotional episode of "Teen Mom 2" for Chelsea Houska. After being served papers from Adam Lind to go to court over visitation of Aubree, Chelsea has filed an official objection to the request.

Chelsea was really smart in how she filed her objection, using Adam's arrest record and his multiple DUI's against him. While Adam doesn't think that it will amount to much to the judge, it seems likely that he is going to be in for a rude awakening. Not only will a judge not likely allow Adam to ever drive with Aubree in the car, but his irresponsibility could mean that a judge won't look very favorably on him to care for a child.

While it's all well and good that Adam finally wants to be a dad to Aubree like he should have been over the past four years, the fact of the matter is that a lot of that time he couldn't because he was in jail, for all those DUIs that he's not worried about.

Do you think that the judge will blow off Adam's arrest record and still look favorably on Adam in regards to visitation?
