"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is facing a lot of criticism again, this time for her baby registry. As reported by Teen Mom Junkies on Monday, March 3, Jenelle had a baby registry on Babies "R" Us that included some questionable items while leaving out what many moms would regard as essentials.
Included in the registry were "three cribs, four high chairs, close to 70 bottles, seven breast pumps, and 13 diaper bags." Missing from the registry were a baby swing, play pen, and play mat. The registry also didn't include much baby clothes.
After Jenelle confirmed to a fan via Twitter that she had a registry on Babies "R" Us, she apparently didn't like all of the attention it was getting because she then changed the name the registry was filed under.
Of the more than 150 comments posted so far on the story, the majority were negative. Some wrote that Jenelle probably registered for multiple high-cost items so that she could sell them off later for money. When some defended her, saying that perhaps she registered for the same type of item at different price points, others pointed out that, for the breast pump for example, it was multiples of the exact same item.
Jenelle got so fed up from the backlash that she deleted her registry all together.
“now i just canceled my baby registry all together, thanks so f**king much for being psychopaths after i spent 3 hours on it," she tweeted Monday afternoon.
Unfortunately for Jenelle, it seems that she'll just have to tell her friends and family what she wants for her second baby through a more private way.
