"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is currently expecting a baby with new boyfriend Nathan Griffith but she doesn't yet have custody of her 4-year-old son Jace, who is in the custody of her mom Barbara. How will Jenelle handle being a mom to a baby full-time while not seeing her son as much? In a video interview with OK! magazine posted on Tuesday, Jan. 28, Jenelle said that she's optimistic about it working out.
She explained that Jace stays with her on the weekends and that she's close to getting custody back. She doesn't think that there will be a problem with raising her two children separately most of the time.
"I think that even though Jace won't, the new baby will around all the time but Jace won't, I think it would be okay still because then he'll have his time by himself at my mom's because he doesn't like being bothered all the time. He's really excited. Every time he sees a new baby toy or something he's like 'Oh you're getting that for the new baby!' I think it'll work out," she said.
Other reasons for her optimism is her good relationship with Nathan, whom she said is a lot more communicative than ex-boyfriends Kieffer and Gary, and the fact that she has her mom's support. She said that her mom loves Nathan and is actually excited about the new baby.
Jenelle Evans certainly is one of the most polarizing stars of "Teen Mom 2." She had an abortion, admitted that she met Nathan the same day she started the abortion procedure, and is now expecting a baby with him. Hopefully, for the new baby's sake, her relationship with Nathan will work out.
How do you think Jenelle Evans will do as a mom this time around?
