'Teen Mom 2' engagement: Jeremy tells Leah he's ready to be a stepdad (Video)

Episode 11 of the third season of “Teen Mom 2” aired on MTV last night. According to a Jan. 29 report from Reality TV Magazine, it was an action packed episode for Jenelle, Leah, Chelsea and Kailyn. It was an especially big episode for Leah as she and Jeremy decided to take their relationship to the next level.

It was Corey’s weekend with the girls, so Jeremy surprised Leah with a getaway to a Tennessee cabin to celebrate her birthday. When they arrived at the cabin, Jeremy told Leah to go on up to the room. The audience then saw him hide a ring box behind a vase.

Jeremy got up before Leah and made her breakfast the next morning. He arranged the breakfast on a tray with flowers and a card. Leah was overwhelmed to wake up to this and said no one had ever made her breakfast in bed before.

She opened the card, which said, “Will you marry me?” Jeremy was waiting there with the ring. Leah said “yes!” and then asked if he was ready to be a stepdad.

Jeremy said he loves the girls and wants to be a family. He also told Leah he wants to have children together. Yup, more babies for “Teen Mom 2.”
