According to All Christian News on Feb. 13, Corriann Cervantes, a 15-year-old teenager was found by a neighbor inside a vacant apartment unit in Houston, Texas. The neighbor said the girl was scantily clothed with trauma to the head and sexually abused. The body was surrounded by religious items, and an upside-down cross was carved into her stomach.

Investigators believe Cervantes was the victim of brutal satanic occult murder. Police say she was abducted and raped, then bashed in the head until she died on Feb. 5, but her body was not discovered until Feb. 8, according to the Houston Police Department.

Houston police have arrested two suspects on charges of capital murder: 17-year-old Jose E. Reyes and a 16-year-old boy whose name has not been released because he is a juvenile.

The victim and the two teenage male suspects attended an alternative high school in Clear Lakes, Texas.

Reyes confessed the crimes to a family member who called police. He said the pair of teenagers killed Cervantes so his younger friend “could sell his soul to the devil,” reports Charisma News.
