TEARS of Seminole County benefits Seminole County Animal Shelter
TEARS of Seminole County is a non-profit organization started by volunteers, animal adopters and rescuers who help the Seminole County Animal Shelter. President Kris Buchanan, Vice President Annette Best, Marie Rhodes, Ernie Hill, and Michelle DuVall-Rubin, who saw the needs of the shelter beyond what government funding could provide for the animals there, began raising funds through direct community support.
