Here is a list of teams that got snubbed by the NCAA Tournament Selection Committee:

  • UC-Santa Barbara (21-9)
  • Southern Miss (27-6)
  • Louisiana Tech (27-7)
  • Middle Tennessee State (24-9)
  • Green Bay (24-6)
  • Princeton (20-8)
  • Toledo (27-6)
  • Belmont (24-9)
  • Incarnate Word (21-6)
  • Georgia State (25-7)
  • SMU (23-9)

All but four of these teams were selected for the National Invitation Tournament (NIT). They are UC-Santa Barbara, Middle Tennessee State, Princeton, and Incarnate Word.

All teams that have 20 or more wins AND less than 10 losses should be selected for the NCAA Tournament. And if they are not selected for the NCAA Tournament, then they should be allowed to participate in the NIT.
