In anticipation of the Winter Games in Sochi, WP24 Restaurant in downtown Los Angeles is offering a “Go for Gold” cocktail. This spirited libation created by Beverage Director Klaus Puck, features vodka, rosemary, lemon, and 24K gold flakes. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the cocktail will be donated to the Special Olympics.

Emulating an ice rink, the cocktails supports hometown hopefuls who will compete on the rink, including Jonathon Quick and Dustin Brown of the LA Kings, as well as Figure Skater Polina Edmonds.

“Go for Gold” ($24) will be available February 7 through February 23, 2014. Located on the 24th floor of the Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles.

If you can’t make it to LA, you can still enjoy this delicious cocktail while you cheer Team USA on.

3/4 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
