On July 22, 2013, Team USA announced the 48 players invited to the Olympic orientation camp. The camp will take place from Aug 26-27 in Arlington, VA and is the first significant step to choosing the 2014 U.S. Olympic hockey team.
The roster will eventually be trimmed to 25 players who will represent Team USA in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.
The Olympic games will take place from Feb 7-23 in Sochi, Russia.
