Nothing says love like a Meat Loaf cover. Charismatic Brooklyn band, Team Spirit, has released a free EP of covers just in time for the most romantic of days (if you consider murder and and mass consumerism 'romantic'). The EP Love Is For Suckers is a rowdy little album of great pop songs from yesteryear including tracks from The Four Seasons, Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers, The Rascals, and the aforementioned Meat Loaf (one of these things is not like the other). The overall sound is energetic, addicting, and a little gritty, much like Team Spirit itself. You can download the album on VICE or stream the album on Brooklyn Vegan, where you can check out the "colorful" video for their song, "F**k the Beach."
