An average week usually consists of 4-5 volleyball workouts for at least 2 1/2 hours each, lifting weights twice a week, Pilates or yoga, sprints on the track once a week, a sand footwork and plyometrics workout on the beach, and at least a 30-minute sand run. In beach volleyball, it's vital to be lean and strong--you don't want too much bulk holding you down--so I focus a lot on being quick and explosive. An average week usually consists of 4-5 volleyball workouts for at least 2 1/2 hours each, lifting weights twice a week, Pilates or yoga, sprints on the track once a week, a sand footwork and plyometrics workout on the beach, and at least a 30-minute sand run. Don't know of 'Team Gorgeous'? Don't have to. In the pro volleyball world, the sultry sand-blasting duo of Michelle More and Suzanne Stonebarger are well-known enough.

The two volleyball queens, most known as 'Team Gorgeous' have moved their game off-court for quite some time but leave it to the girls to bring their heated competition to the modeling world in their sizzling photo shoot for Playboy magazine.

The two embarked on their vollyeball partnership when they met on court at the University of Nevada-Reno.

While at the university, More and Stonebarger played together and have yet to break ties. Breaking hearts? Quite possibly.

The official faces of the Association of Volleyball Professionals, the pair scored points when they posed nude for Playboy, but the pair was, at first, a bit fearful about what the AVP would think.

Since the September issue of Playboy debuted, the Team Gorgeous match-up has said they don't regret doing the shoot and are pleased with the final product.

"It's something we'll always remember," the pair said in an interview with ESPN.com. "We'll look back when we're grandmothers someday and laugh about the days when we did Playboy."

And once 'what was done was done' the girls commented that the support was eventually there.

The volleyball vixens confessed the shoot was most definitely a professional decision and that it wasn't done for free.

Team Gorgeous, and BFFs for life, the two girls found humor in the whole experience, laughing while the cameras were going off.

"We were laughing the entire time, because obviously neither one of us had posed naked," More told ESPN.com. "We were just totally, brutally honest with each other. We laughed during the entire shoot just making fun of each other."

So now that volleyball isn't done for a paycheck and the pair traded in their uniforms for bikinis, how do the girls manage to keep in shape?

Michelle More said in an interview with Muscle & Fitness magazine, the workouts are still just as intense. In addition to still matching-up with partner Suzanne, the girls take part in weight training, PIlates or yoga and hit the track for sprints and footwork. What else do the two do to stay Playboy ready?

"A sand footwork and plyometrics workout on the beach, and at least a 30-minute sand run," says More.
