Team Fitness is dedicated to changing the lives of the people they train. Their mission, “If you want to look like an athlete you gotta’ train like one.” The motivating and inspiring Team Fitness visited the Atlanta television program that showcases local businesses, Atlanta & Co (at 11am on 11alive!), this morning full of information.
One brother was already here in business
Achilles Williams has studied and practiced his passion, the Science of Exercise for over thirteen years. EJ received a football scholarship at the University of Kentucky and played all four years and helped them to three bowl rings for the first time in history. He went on to play AFL Arena Football League for one year and decided he wanted to continue his health and fitness career and came back to Atlanta. EJ had many fitness/athletic job offers around Atlanta and he came to work with his brother.
Team Fitness does Saturday Fit Camps on Saturdays 9:45 am in Piedmont park by the volley ball courts. The cost is free for anyone being trained by them otherwise the cost is $20 or $45 for a monthly pass.
How you train is what your body looks like
The two men shared a secret tip with the viewers, if you want your abs to show you need to focus on your body fat. If you have a lot of body fat and start putting on muscle under the fat then you still have a belly issue. The key to losing the stomach is to do cardio and lower your fat intake.
