It is just a few days away and I am trying to get the word out about Team Boom participating in the Children’s Miracle Network.
Tripp was interviewed as a result of the aftermath of unusual weather conditions from Hurricane Sandy which violently and viciously attacked my place of origin Long Island, New York which caused havoc for several of my family and friends back home and devastated local communities there. Little Tripp was playing out in the yard at his daycare center and a huge branch that was very high up in a tree snapped and fell on his head because of these weather conditions. The impact crushed several areas of his skull which caused traumatic brain injury.
The one year anniversary of this horrific accident is fast approaching and the Halstead family not only has reason to celebrate, they have reason to give back. Their little Tripp just celebrated his 3rd birthday and while he has a long way to go in his recovery he is certainly improving daily. His Mom Stacy is giving back by participating in the Miracle Marathon.

At this moment she is at 59% of her goal. Read her story about her darling son Tripp and help with whatever you have to give to the children that get treated at this hospital.
Team Boom collectively is at 89% of their goal raised. Stacy is the Team Captain. You can give to Team Boom or you can give at Stacy’s page, the most important thing is that you give.
