Whether you're a new preschool teacher or just looking for some new ideas, Camp Fire First Texas Council offers training to help. The Teacher's Toolkit Conference combines four of the most popular training topics to help you get new ideas and inspiration. Six clock hours of training will also help you meet the state's new, higher training hour requirements.

Topics will include “Hellos and Goodbyes” for the best ways to both start and end every day, “Communicating with Parents on Developmentally Appropriate Practices”, “Theme Storming for Your Classroom” to make those lesson plans exciting again, and “Music and Movement”. All training classes for this conference are Basic/Intermediate level. This conference will be held in Lewisville which is approximately 23 miles from downtown Dallas. There will be a one hour lunch break, but lunch is not provided.
