Two teacher's aides in Kissimmee, Fla. were arrested on Friday after a cell phone video captured by a middle school student depicted a brutal beating of a boy in their special education classroom. The two school employees did nothing to stop the beat down.

On Jan. 21, First Coast News reported that the mother of the beating victim plans to sue the entire Osceola County School District.

Also arrested were the three students - two male and one female – who were allegedly responsible for the beating. The tree young bullies have been charged with aggravated assault and disrupting a school function.

The mother of the boy who received the beating said that her son has been getting bullied at Discovery Intermediate School since last year. Complaints to school officials regarding the bullying fell upon deaf ears, according to the mother.

"At this point, it's about justice and it's about doing something for our client that he can't do," said Charles Smith, the child's attorney.

The video taken by a student in the classroom, shows one student kicking the victim and pushing him up against a classroom desk.

The student attacker said to the victim, "I will stomp your chest in and kill you," according to Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies.

Until the charges are settled, the Osceola County School District plans on relocating the two teacher’s aides to “a location where they have no contact with children.”

For now, the district plans to suspend Mona Sagar and Kristie Gilmore without pay.
